The scope of services for handling foreign-related economic disputes on behalf of clients includes but is not limited to the following:
1.Providing legal consultation
Providing legal advice and recommendations to clients on the resolution of foreign-related economic disputes, including the interpretation and application of relevant laws, policies, and international treaties.
2.Investigation and evidence collection
Investigating and collecting evidence on relevant facts of alleged infringement or breach of contract to support clients' litigation or arbitration requests.
3.Litigation representation
Representing clients in filing lawsuits in foreign-related economic dispute cases, and providing legal services to clients throughout the litigation process, including drafting complaints, answers, and exchanging evidence.
4.Arbitration representation
Representing clients in applying for arbitration in foreign-related economic dispute cases, and providing legal services to clients throughout the arbitration process, including drafting arbitration applications, answers, and appearing in court.
5.Enforcement of awards
Representing clients in applying for the enforcement of arbitration awards or court judgments in foreign-related economic dispute cases, and providing legal services to clients during the enforcement process, including drafting applications for enforcement, assisting in the seizure and detention of property, etc.
6.Settlement negotiations
Representing clients in negotiating settlement agreements in foreign-related economic dispute cases to facilitate the resolution of disputes.
